My Diploma of Remedial Massage course was completed on Tuesday! Yay!
As I mentioned in previous blog entries, I have really been struggling, as are most members of the world’s population, I guess. But seven weeks ago, I committed to a three-sessions-per-week, ten-week plan with a Personal Trainer. I lost 4kg after the first week – very encouraging! – and, as the body mass (fat) is slowly going down, and being replaced by muscle, so my mental outlook is going up. Whew!
Melbourne’s battle with a “second wave” of Covid-19 infections was ultimately successful – and here in Sydney many things are almost back to normal. I can’t say the same for the rest of the world. Interesting times indeed. Stay safe everyone!
